What data we need
Early access requires only an email address. We store it in encrypted form together with the request status, dates and versions of your consent and offer. This does not create an account.
Why we process it
We use the address to confirm it and tell you about the Qantaro opening and bonuses. The legal basis is your consent. We do not use the request for third-party advertising or add advertising cookies.
First-party analytics
By using Qantaro, you agree to the collection of statistics about site operation and feature usage. A random identifier links actions for 90 days, and detailed events are kept for no more than 365 days. Analytics does not store your email, full IP address, question text, or reading content. We do not record screens, fingerprint browsers, track email opens, or send analytics to third parties.
Who is responsible
Operator, hosting, email provider and contact details will appear here before sign-up opens.
Retention and your rights
We retain a request for no more than 180 days. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days, unsubscribed records within 30 days and technical mail records within 30 days.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Unsubscribing stops future invitations and news.
Consent
I agree to email processing and Qantaro emails: confirmation, launch, news, updates and offers. I can unsubscribe at any time.
Consent is given through a separate checkbox and email confirmation. We do not accept a request without it. Material changes to the purpose require new consent.
